Garment Care
Elysian Goddess Kaftans are designed to be worn and worn and packed and worn again by every day fashionista’s, in-style travelers, executives, and more. In order to care for your silk kaftan for years to come, we suggest the following:

Cleaning

1. Dry cleaning is preferable.
2. If you wash at home or while traveling.
3. AVOID chemical detergents, bleaches and whiteners.
4. Use only cold water.
5. Use a mild detergent with a neutral PH or specifically designed for silk.
6. Use only a small amount of a mild fabric softener.
7. Never wring, gently squeeze-out excess water.
8. Lay flat to dry.
9. Never tumble dry.

Combating wrinkles and Creases

1. Dry cleaning is preferable however wrinkles can be easily removed by steaming or ironing.
2. Iron or steam on low / silk setting on the backside of the fabric only.
3. Always use a cloth between garment and iron.
4. Do not iron on damp fabric.
5. Do not spray or wet silk while ironing as this may damage the fabric and cause permanent stains.

Storage

1. Cool, dry and dark conditions are best for storage.
2. Only store if fully clean and free of stains.
3. AVOID direct sunlight in storage area.
4. AVOID sealed plastic.
5. Store in breathable cotton bags when folded or breathable zippered garment bags when hung.

Shipping Details
Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. Tracking information will be emailed once your items are shipped. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Elysian Goddess does not charge handling fees. Please email us at info@elysiangoddess.com to request shipments to PO Box addresses. Same day delivery is not available at this time. During holiday seasons our shipping times may vary.

Size Guide
Elysian Goddess garments, by design, are a philosophy of one size fits most because women of every size deserve to enjoy luxury. It is the pride and joy of Designer, Mandi Lebbos, that Elysian Goddess models wearing her Luxury One Size Designs represent a size range from XS to XXXL (US).

Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted on the Online Store: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) Apple Pay and PayPal. Transaction processing is based in the US. Your bank may apply international transaction fees.

Returns
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All items being returned must be in original condition, unworn and with original tags intact. If such items are returned, refunds will not be provided, and items will be returned to the purchaser.

Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Start Your Return
All items must be returned with a Return Authorization. You may obtain a Return Authorization by email at info@elysiangoddess.com. Elysian Goddess will email a return shipping label for your return. You will be required to print your shipping label and affix to the outside of your package.

Please Pack your return securely (in the original packaging if possible). Once your items are received and processed, our Returns Department will issue a full and prompt refund. Full refunds are not provided if returns are shipped to Elysian Goddess without a Return Authorization.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. US, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska returns will include a $15.00 return shipping fee. International returns will include a $45.00 return shipping fee. Return shipping fees and original shipping charges will be deducted from the total of your refund. If another delivery service is used other than UPS, Elysian Goddess cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.

Refund Process

United States
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return delivery date for your account to be credited. Your bank may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

International
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the return delivery date for your account to be credited. Your bank may take 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
